FITTING & CARE.
Follow the steps for your product carefully. Adult supervision is recommended when fitting a child’s mouthguard.

Heat
Immerse the mouthguard for the recommended time. Do not exceed the product-specific heating time.

Fit
Centre it over the upper teeth, bite gently, then press and suck firmly to create a close fit.

Cool & check
Place in cold water, test the fit and repeat only if the product instructions allow refitting.

Clean
Rinse after every use and brush gently with cool water. Never use hot water for cleaning.

Store
Dry fully, store in the ventilated case and inspect regularly for wear, tears or bite-through.

Always follow the printed instructions supplied with your exact model. Replace a mouthguard if damaged, poorly fitting, or after significant dental changes.
